Krafty Kuts' career began in a humble Brighton record store, where he gained his encyclopedic knowledge of hip hop and funk, supplying records to the likes of Fatboy Slim (who enlisted Krafty's remix skills on the single 'Champion Sound'.) In a career spanning over a decade Martin has released a slew of hit singles, including 'Tricka Technology', 'Gimme The Funk' and 'Ill Type Sound', as well as the featured tracks off this album 'Bass Phenomenon' and 'Tell Me How You Feel'. There is much excitement about Kraty's return to our shores and also this new single and re-package "I now feel that after fifteen years I'm at a point musically were my studio work is as strong as my DJ profile has grown to be," Martin explains.

He's worked in the studio with legends including Kurtis Blow and Dr Luke, as well as producing the incendiary 'TrickaTechnology' album alongside A. Skillz. He's sponsored by Pioneer. He's DJed in over 35 countries across the globe and found a special place in the hearts of Australian clubbers, where he's been named Best International DJ on more than one occasion. His UK residencies include the legendary Fabric (London), Supercharged (Brighton), Sankey Soap (Manchester) and Blowpop (Bristol) and, after being named Best DJ at the Breakspoll awards for the past two years, he is set to take his infamous deck mayhem to the White Isle this summer with a residency at Judgement Sundays at Eden. To say Krafty's been keeping himself busy since his record shop days, would be a bit of an understatement.

His music even features in everything from adverts for Coca Cola and PlayStation 2, to Guy Richie's 'Mean Machine' movie. "I'm playing all the major festivals this year, with the some of the artists featured on the album. I picked people like Dynamite MC, Yolanda and Bespoke to be on 'Freakshow', not only because they're some of the brightest talents in the UK, but also because I knew we could tour together and create an amazing vibe live."
